Managed Services - Reactive
Offering a base level of cover, determined by a customer needs agreed service level agreement (SLA), Fusion Power Systems offers reactive cover for specific nominated devices.
In the event of failure of one or more of these devices Fusion Power Systems will respond within agreed time periods documented in your SLA to rectify the issue. This response may include the provision of spare parts, and if required, swapping the failed equipment with the same or equivalent equipment.
This service level does not include any onsite preventative maintenance.
